I met Paul through a friend and work colleague who told me about Paul’s background and the app that he had in development. At the time, I was planning my wedding and honeymoon and was keen to get into better physical shape. I have trained over the years but never with a clear objective in mind - mostly general fitness and maintaining some muscular tone. I asked Paul if he could help devise a plan for me to get into shape for the wedding, which was some three months away.

I must say that I was surprised by the level of detail in Paul’s approach and the systematic planning that went into the process. Having successfully built a business over the last 10 years, and in fact, an online MBA program, I practice what I preach and have a high degree of expertise with the processes of project management.

Paul’s approach was thorough in this regard and applied to the processes of physical development and transformation. I was the wide range of knowledge in the latter disciplines that surprised me, including analysis of my current situation, projected targets for the end goal, with milestones along the way, and a training and nutrition plan, together with predictions of what should happen at each phase (so that we had a bench-mark and assessment criteria to evaluate the response to the plan).

Paul had predicted my goal weight for the wedding, taking into account the body-fat level I’d need to be at, the fat I’d need to lose and the muscle I’d likely gain during the training program. This process also involved some “counselling” or “consultation” as a reality check of what would be achievable given the time frame and my available resources of time to train and ability to adopt a meal plan given my hectic work and travel schedule.

I hit the goal weight the week before the wedding and was very happy with my physical condition at that time and still am when I look back at the wedding photos.

I can recommend Paul for anyone aiming to transform their physique and not afraid of some work and discipline. It may not be easy, but I am sure you will be happy with the results.
